We have partnered with Turkey's rising flat steel manufacturer Tosyalı Toyo, in partnership with leading high-tech Japanese company Toyo Kohan and the strongest Turkish iron-steel investor Tosyalı Holding. Tosyalı Toyo aimed to reach its B2B customers to understand the market dynamics, expectations and opportunity areas. We have conducted a field research in various cities of Turkey, analyzed the company's way of working, consulted customer-centric strategies and digitally-enabled project development ideas.
