We have conducted serial workshops with Design Thinking methodology and executed researches for opportunity definition. Concept design processes are completed, current and target state of the business on digital defined with short and long-term roadmaps.

We have teamed up with Sanofi Pasteur to think about sustainable and usable digital platform ideas for mothers. We conducted an online Design Thinking workshop to create personas, define their journeys & needs and present platform ideas.
